Active Shade®’s origins had its beginnings when Oculus Studio was a client at the Phoenix based Center for Entrepreneurial Innovation (CEI). During participation in the 2015 accelerator Cleantech Open, founding member, Jesse Wolf Corsi Henson, first sketched out the concept for Active Shade® after discussions with environmental thought leaders.
